Empty scrotum since birth.

Both scrotal cavities are empty.
The right testes is identified along supero-lateral aspect of the urinary bladder showing:
- small in size measuring 2.6 x 1.5 cm
- homogenous enhancement after contrast administration and diffusion restriction
- small epidydemal cyst is noted measuring 1 cm
The left testes is identified along supero-lateral aspect of the urinary bladder showing:
- small in size measuring 1.9 x 1.7 cm
- homogenous enhancement after contrast administration and diffusion restriction
Both seminal vesicles showed normal signal pattern.
The prostate is of homogenous signal pattern with no focal lesion identified.
Case Discussion
A case of bilateral undescended testes, both are located at the pelvic cavity at the lateral aspect of the urinary bladder. MRI is the best imaging modality to assess cryptorchidism.
