Presentation
Vaginal bleeding
Patient Data
Large soft tissue lesion in pelvis adjacent uterine fundus, with t2-signal void vascular structure coursing from the uterus to this adjoining mass(vascular bridge), this mass appears markedly hypointense in T2WI, and shows heterogenous enhancement in t1_vibe post contrast.
Another smaller lesion of same signal intensity intramural of anterior uterine body.
small pedunculated lesion in cervix part of the uterus, enhanced post contrast, likely polyp.
The right and left ovaries are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Large pelvic mass of markedly hypointense T2WI signal intensity, with bridging vessel sign with uterine fundus, suggestive pedunculated, subserosal uterine leiomyoma.
Another small intramural leiomyoma, and small cervical polyp.
