Abnormal configuration of the uterine cavity is noted, with elongation of the lower part of the uterine cavity and cervix where its left border is seen splayed over a large soft tissue shadow.
The injected dye spills freely out from the ends of the fallopian tube. No filling defects.
Case Discussion
The recent case has a large uterine myoma on US exam (not shown) that originated from the uterine left lateral wall with extension into the lower abdominal cavity.
