Two large thick walled cystic lesions in the right lobe of the liver, that demonstrate internal layer detachments floating in side both cysts (water lily sign), in keeping with hydatid cysts.
Case Discussion
Water lily sign represents a detachment of an endocyst membrane in echinococcal infection with floating of the detached membrane inside the cyst. It is pathognomonic feature of hydatid cyst.
