This lesion was worked up and called a fibroadenoma. On biopsy, it was an infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Notice how much taller it is than wide on the orthogonal image (right)? The angulated lobulated margins of this lesion justify needle biopsy every time. Poorly defined with no pseudocapsule. It's not a fibroadenoma, not now not ever.
