There is an area of right upper lobe air space consolidation. This is thought be caused by infection / pneumonia. A repeat x-ray in 4 weeks is recommended to confirm resolution of consolidation. If the consolidation persists after antibiotic therapy, then other differentials such as inflammatory non-infectious and neoplastic etiologies are included in the differentials. 

Repeat chest x-ray in 4 weeks showed resolution of the right upper lobe consolidation with oral antibiotics.
