Urethral diverticulum complicated with stone

Discussion:

This patient had pre-scrotal and subcoronal hypospadias for which a two-staged urethroplasty was done in the past. His symptoms did not settle and along with decreased urinary stream there was post micturition dribbling from prescrotal hypospadias.  He was evaluated for his symptoms and stricture at the bulbomembranous junction along with a urethral diverticulum was appreciated, which is complicated with a stone that might have formed due to urinary stasis over the period of time.
