Horseshoe kidney configuration.
Left renal pelvis oval-shaped stone with mild pelvicalyceal dilatation and pelvic wall thickening (obstructing stone). Lower calyceal non-obstructing stone is seen.
The right kidney shows mild pelvicalyceal dilatation with no renal or ureteric stones. A shallow posterior renal scar is seen.
Bilateral pelvic phleboliths.
Two right-sided abdominal wall ventral hernias at the rectus sheath, large is supraumbilical and the other is infraumbilical with partial atrophy of right rectus sheath muscle.
