Is there focal consolidation?
The right heart border is obscured, which can be sign of consolidatin. However, the heart is shifted to the left, and there are horizontally lying ribs, all suggestive of pectus excavatum.
The lungs are hyperexpanded. Obscuration of the right heart border. Prominent main pulmonary trunk, suggestive of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
