A nice example of a retrocardiac sail sign indicative of a left lower lobe collapse. Note the loss of the left hemidiaphragm medially and preservation of the cardiac contour.

A lateral CXR would help confirm the diagnosis but unfortunately was not available. A repeat radiograph 5 weeks later showed resolution of the collapse.
