Cystoscopy/biopsy confirmed malakoplakia, which is an uncommon chronic inflammatory granulomatous condition most commonly seen in the urinary bladder. It is frequently managed medically rather than surgically and is associated with immunosuppresion, AIDS, and diabetes mellitus.
