Christmas tree bladder is usually seen in neurogenic bladder with increased sphincter tone. However, it must be kept in mind that it is not pathognomonic and may also be seen in bladder neck obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes, such as in this case where patient has previous chronic history of urinary bladder calculus with recent surgical removal of calculus. This micturating cystogram is performed for post operative assessment.
