A lobulated hypodensity of fatty attenuation is seen in the trigon of the left lateral ventricle and extends to the adjacent part of the third ventricle. Its appearance suggests choroid plexus lipoma. An associated slight mass effect is seen in the form of the slight mid-line shift to the right side by about 5 mm.
