A 35×30mm mass is seen in the lateral aspect of left kidney. The neoplasm has a similar density to normal renal parenchyma on non-enhanced CT scan. After IV contrast media injection, the attenuation value increased from 31HU to 83HU. Nephrographic-phase CT scan shows that the mass enhances less than normal renal parenchyma. There are no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no regional lymphadenopathy.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
