Discussion:

CT features of a large soft tissue mass centered on the cervix, invading the uterine cavity and upper 2/3 of the vagina with a metastatic lesion of the right iliac bone, histologically proven as adenocarcinoma.

Adenocarcinoma of the cervix is a histological subtype of carcinoma of the cervix. It is less common than squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) of the cervix, accounting for ~12.5% of all cervical cancer.
