No intracranial haemorrhage. There is a left frontal lobe ill-defined hyperdense lesion, apparently at the grey-white mater junction, with no surrounding vasogenic oedema. No calcifications. Brain parenchyma is otherwise normal. Ventricles and basal cisterns are normal. Paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. Calvaria is unremarkable.
Conclusion: Left frontal lobe lesion is suggestive of a cavernoma. MRI brain recommended.
