Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica is an uncommon benign disorder of the tracheobronchial tree, usually affecting the distal trachea and proximal primary bronchi. 

On CT, the disease is manifested as irregular calcifications and/or small nodules projecting into the airway lumen. The posterior tracheal wall is characteristically spared.
