Discretely round and infiltrative metastases throughout the liver with treatment response after chemotherapy resulting in the typical appearance of pseudocirrhosis. 

Note that pseudocirrhosis can indicate both regression of tumor after treatment (as in this case), or progression of fibrosis surrounding infiltrative hepatic metastases. Despite the treatment response in this case, patients with pseudocirrhosis are at risk for developing portal hypertension and can progress to liver failure.¹
