This patient proved to have multiple biopsy-proven odontogenic keratocysts (OKC).

The combination of multiple OKCs and the extensive falx and tentorium calcification raised the suspicion for Gorlin-Goltz syndrome, which is important to be mentioned in reporting the case because of other serious associations, including tumors.
