These are images from a patient with multiple hereditary exostosis. Important issues in these cases are: 

• frequent clinical follow-up with serial imaging

• any change in clinical symptoms

• any changes in radiological series

• a cartilage cap > 20mm

Any clinical or imaging suspicion of malignant transformation is a requirement for further biopsy.
