This child is a known case of osteogenesis imperfecta type III with progressive deformities despite cyclic treatment with bisphosphonate therapy.

Several radiographic signs of osteogenesis imperfecta were nicely demonstrated in this case including:

• pseudoarthrosis
• zebra stripe sign
• popcorn calcification
