MRI features most consistent with spinal ependymoma. The patient had lumbar laminectomy at L1-2 and L2-L3 with complete resection of the mass. The histopathology revealed a myxopapillary ependymoma, WHO grade II.

There has been no sign of recurrence on surveillance MRIs. The patient is doing well without recurrence of her original symptoms.
