High-grade partial-thickness intrasubstance tear/cystic mucoid degeneration of patellar tendon is noted,intra-tendinous ganglion cyst formation is suggested.
As well, there is a small ganglion cyst signal at the proximal portion of the tibia. Subtle fragmentation at tibial tuberosity suggestive of prior Osgood-Schlatter disease.
Low to moderate grade sprain/mucoid degeneration of posterolateral bundle of ACL and mild degeneration of PCL are seen. Mild to moderate effusion at deep infrapatellar bursa associated with bursal thickening also is seen.
