Moderate right L3/L4 paracentral disc protrusion. Adjacent to the protruded disc is further disc material migrated caudally of different signal characteristics filling the right lateral recess and impinging on the right L4 nerve. It is separate (detached) from the protruded disc, most likely representing sequestered disc material.
Minor diffuse bulge of a dehydrated L4/L5 disc with an annular fissure in the posterior aspect.
T12/L1 conus. Normal cauda equina.
