There is an inferiorly mildly displaced fracture of the right superior pubic ramus as it meets the anterior column of the right acetabulum. There is also a corresponding inferior pubic ramus fracture with evidence of callus formation around the fracture line. The hip joints are normally aligned. No sacroiliac joint widening.
The hip joint is enlocated. There is minor superior hip joint space narrowing in keeping with minor degenerative changes.
The articular margins are smooth. No focal lytic or sclerotic lesion is identified.
No abnormal soft tissue mass or calcification is identified.
