Adrenal cortical carcinoma

Discussion:

Imaging features are suggestive of malignant left adrenal lesion with local invasion into the surrounding tissues, particularly the upper pole of the left kidney. It was later confirmed histopathologically. Other possible differential can be left adrenal invasion by the renal malignancy which is however, less likely. Possibility of pheochromocytoma, adrenal metastases and adrenal hemorrhage is also less likely.
