Stomach intramural hematoma and hemoperitoneum are rare complications of gastroscopy.
There is secondary acute pancreatitis near the neck suggesting a pancreatic pseudocyst with hemorrhage. In the pancreatic tail, there is a hypervascular lesion, possibly a neuroendocrine tumor.
The patient was immediately taken to the operating room, where the diagnosis of gastric intramural hematoma, and a rupture, with the formation of hemoperitoneum, were confirmed.
