The clinical presentation and the MRI features are suggestive of an endocrine tumor of the pancreas (insulinomas).

Insulinomas are the most common sporadic endocrine tumor of the pancreas. On imaging, they are usually seen as small, well-defined hypervascular nodules that may be located anywhere in the pancreas.
