Work through this playlist alongside chapter 11 (Cervical Spine) of Raby's 'Accident and Emergency Radiology: A Survival Guide'. The cases include a mixture of plain films and CT's, generally where there is a strong suspicion of injury the patient will proceed straight to CT. You will not be expected to sign off cervical spine x-ray's at this stage, however it is useful to have a system to work through them as they often come up during on-call shifts.
