Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA): HP response in a patient with asthma.

Aspergilloma/Mycetoma: Fungal ball in pre-existing cavity. Monod sign.

Subacute invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (chronic necrotizing aspergillosis (CNA) or semi-invasive aspergillosis): Debilitated, DM, Alcoholic. Consolidation -> Cavitation -> Mycetoma.

Airway-invasive aspergillosis: Immunocompromised patient gets small airway disease. Bronchiolitis w/ tree-in-bud or centrilobular nodules, or bronchoPNA.

Angioinvasive aspergillosis: Immunocompromised patient gets arteriollar invasive disease. Consolidative ball represents the infection, and adjacent Halo sign of GG likely represents pulmonary hemorrhage. Once infection heals, and necrotic lung resolves, scarring causes a peripheral air-gap, Air Crescent Sign.
