always check the review areas in a chest Xray, Lung apices, Ribs to look for erosions, mets, hilar density, size and abnormal position, retrocardiac areas for hidden nodules, Endobronchial lesions, Diaphragm , Corner of the Film, Breast shadows and most importantly retrotracheal , retrosternal areas as well.
Interpretation of CXR is a skill, Passing FCPS 2 Viva exam is a Matter of how strong your reflexes are ..
Make good habits of reviwing all areas of a CXR and you shall be successful.
