- Radiation induced vascular malformations: Capillary telangiectasias; Cavernomas.
- Radiation induced primary brain cancer.
- Multiple sclerosis: Pericallosal oval/fusiform lesions.
- Susac Syndrome: Lesions inside the corpus callosum. Infarctions of cochlear, retinal and brain.
- CADASIL: Younger person w/migraines, strokes, early dementia. Confluent WM dz, w/infarctions affecting the temporal poles and basal ganglia.
- Subcortical Arteriosclerotic Encephalopathy (SAE): Looks like CADASIL but in an older person; Confluent WM dz affecting centrum semiovale, spares U-fibers, and lacunar infarcts.
