The inferior pole of the left kidney appears swollen and demonstrates reduced enhancement compared with the normal portions of the kidney, perinephric stranding and thickened Gerota facia, prominent collecting system with hyperemic urothelium seen along the non-dilated ureter, few reactive lymph nodes were seen along the renal vessels, no calculi or obstruction, no feature of lobar nephronia or renal/perinephric abscess, no emphysematous changes, no renal vein thrombosis, normal contrast excretion.
