Pancreatic blunt trauma can result in fracture of the pancreas and secondary fistulous formation as in this case where in there is direct communication existing between the main pancreatic duct and peripancreatic collection. MRCP study is ideal for delineation of the biliary tree and documentation of extent of injury.
