There is a large lobulated, heterogeneously enhancing exophytic mass with internal gas locules and central hypodensity suggestive of necrosis, originating mostly from the right-sided small bowel loop at the level of L1-L5 vertebral bodies, surrounded by minimal fat stranding and subcentimetre lymph nodes.
This mass is causing pressure effect on adjacent structures, without signs of bowel obstruction.
