Cortical step-off at two adjacent sites involving the inferior facet of the humeral head greater tuberosity which is the footprint for teres minor tendon insertion. Supraspinatus, infraspinatus, and teres minor tendons are intact with a normal echo pattern. A tiny echogenic focus in the subscapularis near its footprint appears to be a small calcification rather than an avulsion. Effusion with tiny echoes in the glenohumeral joint and biceps long head tendon sheath is haemorrhagic effusion.
No fracture involving superior or inferior facets of greater tuberosity.
