Well-defined polypoid mass arising from the right maxillary sinus, extending into the nasopharynx through an enlarged maxillary ostium. in keeping with an antrochoanal polyp. No associated bony destruction is seen

Antrochoanal polyp (ACP) is a solitary sinonasal polyp that arises within the antrum of the maxillary sinus and passes through and enlarges the sinus ostium and posterior nasal cavity at the level of the choana.
