A well-defined cyst with fluid signal is seen in the infrapatellar fat pad with thin septations, in keeping with ganglion cyst.
Minimal knee joint effusion.

Typical features of a Hoffa fat pad ganglion cyst. Knee joint ganglion cysts are commonly related to anterior cruciate ligament whereas these are less common in Hoffa's fat pad.
