This is a well-encapsulated elliptical isoechoic lesion to fat echogenicity with internal strands and no color Doppler flow seen in the anterior abdominal wall, superficial to the rectus muscle.
Case Discussion
A hypoechoic mass mirroring the subcutaneous fat with a thin hyperechoic capsule, which is consistent with a lipoma.
