Presentation

History of right knee joint trauma. The patient has right knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Fiber discontinuity of ACL is noted. The mid-portion of ACL shows T2/PD high signal.

Buckling of PCL with normal signal intensity and fiber continuity is seen.

Anterior tibial translation is present.
