anterior superior iliac spine: tensor fascia lata and sartorius
anterior inferior iliac spine: straight head of rectus femoris
lesser trochanter: iliopsoas muscle
ischial tuberosity: hamstring muscles
body and inferior ramus of pubis: thigh adductors and gracilis
