The long head of the biceps brachii muscle is bifid, located in the bicipital groove
Abnormal intrasubstance increased signal and thickening along the course of supraspinatus tendon anterior fibers and subscapularis tendon due to tendinosis
Articular side partial-thickness tear at the insertion site of the infraspinatus tendon associated with subchondral cystic changes
Mild capsular hypertrophy and degenerative changes along the acromioclavicular joint
Acromion type II noted.
