Fall from own height followed by pain in the right lower limb.

Small oval foci of dense bone in the calcaneus body in keeping with an enostosis or bone island (incidental finding).

Case Discussion

Enostosis is a small area of ​​compact bone within the cancellous bone, commonly seen as incidental findings in radiographic exams.
