Calcaneus fracture

Presentation

Fall from a 2.5-meter roof, landing straight on his feet. Pain to the left foot/ankle and being unable to weight bear.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

X-ray left foot/calcaneus

x-ray

Impacted comminuted fractures of the left calcaneus extend to involve multiple surfaces and the calcaneonavicular and calcaneocuboid joints. Probable small associated fracture at the medial aspect of the cuboid. The Bohler angle is disrupted.
