Case Discussion
This patient demonstrates an atraumatic presentation of homolateral Lisfranc dislocation due to underlying Charcot neuropathy. This pathology is likely due to chronic overuse as a factory worker. The treatment was limited to a non-weightbearing cast for several weeks.
