Fusiform dilatation of the common hepatic and common bile ducts is observed. Dilatation is seen up to the junction of the common bile duct and main pancreatic duct. The confluence of the hepatic duct is patent, with mildly prominent proximal right and left main hepatic ducts.

The common bile duct measures approximately 7 mm in maximum diameter. The cystic duct is also mildly dilated.

A mildly high junction of the main pancreatic duct and common bile duct is seen with a relatively long common channel, measuring approximately 6.5 mm.

The gall bladder is contracted. No obvious intraluminal calculi are seen. Ultrasound correlation with a distended gall bladder is suggested.
