Peritendinous fluid signal is noted along the cross-over of the all extensor compartments (tenosynovitis) with diffuse subcutaneous edema extending from the distal forearm and wrist.
A small (7 mm) ganglion noted opposite volar aspect ulno-carpal articulation.
Tiny cyst lunate bone.
Case Discussion
The overall features are in favor of extensor compartment tenosynovitis, and intersection syndrome coexisting with De Quervain tenosynovitis.
