Anteverted uterus. No intrauterine gestation sac is seen. Endometrial thickness is 7 mm. Posterior myometrial hypodensity measuring 8 mm ?small fibroid.
Right adnexal mass, deep to the right ovary, with appearances of a gestational sac (MSD = 7 mm) containing a yolk sac. No fetal pole or fetal cardiac activity is seen. No left adnexal mass.
