Minor fibroglandular density.
6.6 cm focal area of increased attenuation containing pleomorphic calcifications in the left upper outer quadrant, BI-RADS category 5.
Axillary lymph node is noted.
Case Discussion
Breast cancer (BC) is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women, and screening is valuable for early detection. This patient presented with a breast mass compatible with cancer, however she declined biopsy for tissue diagnosis.
