A hemorrhage is seen in the right frontal lobe.
Hyperdense of the right superficial cortical vein (vein of Trolard), superior sagittal sinus, straight sinus in keeping with dense vein sign.
Case Discussion
CT findings show a hemorrhagic lesion with dense vein sign suggestive of hemorrhagic venous infarction.
